Job Role: Finance Manager

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our Finance Department in Pondicherry and Madikeri.

The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of experience in hotel finance operations, with strong leadership and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Accounts, Credit, and overall finance operations
  • Ensure timely statutory and legal compliance
  • Manage budgets, fund allocations, and cost control
  • Generate and monitor cash flow, MIS, P&L, and balance sheet reports
  • Liaise with banks and financial institutions
  • Train and evaluate finance staff
  • Conduct departmental meetings and implement SOPs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6–8 years of hotel/resort finance experience
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and compliance
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities
