Oracle PBCS Consultant

Deliver financial planning, workforce planning and budgeting solutions using Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) on a full-cycle basis. Foster collaboration with stakeholders to develop scalable models for forecasting, financial planning and project-level planning.

  • Develop comprehensive planning models encompassing finance, HR and technology transformations.
  • Configure metadata imports, forms, task-flow setup, security model design and authoring business rules in Oracle Planning applications.
  • Integrate Oracle PBCS with Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud and other source systems for seamless data integration.
  • Pursue EPM Automate command-line scripting for automation of tasks, patching and lifecycle management.

Ensure alignment between business processes and stakeholder requirements by implementing cross-product initiatives and future platform expansions.

Requirements
  • Proven leadership in delivering full-cycle Oracle PBCS engagements.
  • Deep understanding of corporate planning and budgeting processes.
  • Hands-on experience designing and building planning models.
  • Strong technical skills configuring Oracle Planning applications.
  • Familiarity with integrating Oracle PBCS with Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud and other source systems.
  • Exposure to EPM Automate command-line scripting.
  • Oracle EPM Certification in PBCS or equivalent hands-on project experience.
