US Property Accountant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled accounting professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced accounting expert with a strong background in financial management and process control, particularly in managing accounting processes and ensuring financial accuracy for US-based clients.

You should possess a solid understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and have hands-on experience with lease accounting, CAM reconciliation, and other relevant accounting practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key member of our advisory group, providing expert guidance and accounting solutions.
  • Closely collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients utilizing accounting software for their processes.

Accounting & Bookkeeping Tasks:

  • Manage recurring bookkeeping tasks for multiple clients, ensuring consistent and accurate financial reporting.
  • Perform monthly and quarter-end close processes, ensuring all transactions are recorded and reconciled properly.
  • Prepare quarterly financial statements within a 60-day window from the end of the quarter, adhering to US GAAP standards.
  • Review transactions and processes, identifying discrepancies and ensuring financial records comply with US GAAP.

Process & Technology Expertise:

  • Leverage accounting software to perform client accounting tasks, ensuring seamless integration of accounting and financial reporting.
  • Adapt quickly to evolving accounting processes and technology systems, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
