Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Interior Design Associate to join our team at HomeLane. This role will provide support to our Senior Designers in creating outstanding interior design solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shadow design discussions with clients and assist in preparing minutes of meetings to track project milestones.
- Assist in 3D designs using SpaceCraft and Sketchup, providing recommendations for enhancements and serving as a sounding board for the Senior Designer.
- Participate in site visits and masking activities with the Senior Designer, taking responsibility for file management across HomeLane's tech systems.
- Support the creation of commercial proposals using SpaceCraft and other quoting tools, ensuring transparent and fair estimates for customers.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to deliver a great design outcome, building relationships with sales, drawing QC, project management teams, and planners.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Design education background (B.Arch, B.Des, M.Des, Diploma in Design)
- 0-1 year of experience in Interior Design/Architecture
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of Modular furniture
- Practical knowledge of SketchUp
- A great attitude
