About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive R2R Reporting Professional to join our Business Shared Service Centre (BSC) team in Gurugram. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the service delivery that ensures the preparation of the consolidated financial statement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Consolidation: Prepare consolidated trail balance and consolidated financials (IndAS & IFRS), post consolidated adjustment entries, and prepare p/l reconciliation for review.
  • Manage Statutory Reporting: Circulate audit requirements and quarter-end timelines with respective stakeholders, prepare cash flow statement, and prepare standalone financials along with notes to account and required disclosures.
  • Query Handling: Follow up outstanding/incomplete invoices with required stakeholders and handle queries from various stakeholders in the organization.
  • Quality Assurance & Service Level Agreement (SLA) Compliance: Ensure high-level accuracy in deliverables, participate in process improvement initiatives, and adhere to process SLAs.
  • Teamwork & Communication: Ensure a 'customer-centric' and 'partnership approach' to develop strong relationships with other working groups and effective communication of issues across the BSC and working groups.
  • Knowledge Management and Retention: Document and review service delivery processes regularly to ensure their appropriateness and keep up to date with changes to policies and procedures.
  • Transformation and Change Management: Support GPOs in identifying, proposing, and pursuing transformation activities.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Develop and manage regular engagement with stakeholders (internal and external) for predictable service delivery and provide regular performance updates to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Leadership tasks: Competence development, balancing workload and assignment of tasks, internal and external conflict management, determination of KPIs to be achieved, and development of the BSC R2R Team.
