The Doctor Operations Lead role is a pivotal position within our organization. This individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding, training, scheduling, quality, and engagement for our doctor partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding & Training – Facilitate smooth integration of new doctors by designing and delivering orientation and training programs to equip them with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Day-to-Day Operations – Manage doctor schedules, rostering, leave approvals, and rostering conflict resolution to ensure efficient workflow and minimize disruptions.
  • Quality & Feedback – Conduct regular quality control sessions to capture feedback from doctors and patients, driving continuous improvement and enhancing the overall experience.
  • Escalations & SOP Enforcement – Address operational or compliance issues promptly and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
  • Reporting & Analytics – Produce timely reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and doctor performance metrics, enabling data-driven decision making.
  • Month-End Reconciliations & Payments – Handle reconciliations and streamline processes to ensure accurate payment and financial reporting.
