Project Management Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing project management plans and defining quality plans;
  • Estimating effort and costs, and obtaining necessary approvals;
  • IDentifying suitable methodologies, tools, and techniques for project activities;
  • Managing resources and identifying skill needs;
  • Conducting milestone reviews and tracking project progress;
  • Reviewing configuration management and quality assurance plans;
  • Performing quantitative project management and control;
  • Ensuring on-time delivery, client satisfaction, and SLA compliance;
  • Coordinating project closure activities and handling changes to the proposal/contract;
  • Managing profit/loss margins and reporting project status to senior management.

Candidates should possess relevant working experience as a project manager in Govt./Mining Domain, with strong technical background, good client-facing and interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and knowledge in MS Office.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering along with MBA/PGDM;
  • Experience in software development and web technologies;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office;
  • Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
