Accounts Payable Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to lead our Procure to Pay team in Jaipur.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in managing teams and driving process improvements.

The role involves processing local and foreign currency invoices through the accounts payable systems, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working night shifts, possess excellent analytical and communication skills, and be able to build capability for operations through training and coaching on the floor.

The role requires a high degree of attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and commitment to delivering results within specified timeframes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day activities of the Procure to Pay team
  • Process local and foreign currency invoices through the accounts payable systems
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Train and coach team members on new processes

Requirements:

  • Strong background in finance and accounting
  • Experience in managing teams and driving process improvements
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High degree of attention to detail

Benefits:

A competitive salary range of 1000000 - 1500000 INR per annum, depending on experience.
