Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Operations Engineer


About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Machine Learning Engineer in our organization. As part of this team, you will be responsible for designing and developing machine learning models that can be deployed in production environments.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Preparation: You will be working with large datasets to prepare, clean, and process them for use in machine learning models.
  • Model Development: You will be developing and implementing machine learning models for various applications including classification, regression, clustering, and recommendations.
  • Model Deployment: You will be deploying machine learning models in production environments and ensuring their performance and scalability.
  • Collaboration: You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful model deployment and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering and Python, with a demonstrable focus on building production-ready models.
  • Skills: Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, natural language processing (NLP), and information retrieval techniques (e.g., RAG).
  • Tools: Proven ability to deploy and manage AI/ML solutions on at least one major cloud platform, experience with MLOps principles and tools for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with MLOps frameworks like Kubeflow, MLFlow, DataRobot, Airflow etc., experience with Containerization Docker and Kubernetes, OpenShift.
