Software Solutions Specialist

We have five core capabilities: Enterprise Resource Planning, workplace solutions, enablement and automation, value stream realization and governance, and transformation and change management.

The Enablement Applications team is responsible for optimizing a suite of software products across Project / Programme Management, Collaboration and DevOps. We work closely with business users across the Sky Group to provide technology tools. It's a growing team working with innovative technology suppliers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver complex customizations within Sky's Clarity PPM platform, combined with clear documentation.
• Contribute to Sky's Clarity PPM strategy and identifying/delivering platform enhancements.
• Manage and maintain Sky's Clarity PPM On Premise platform, including infrastructure maintenance.
• Resolve technical bugs, including root cause analysis, clean-up, and prevention of future occurrences: on-call support required.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of proven experience as a Senior Clarity PPM Consultant.
• Solution design and development to meet business requirements.
• Lead successful on-premise Clarity upgrades.
• Experienced in support roles, both as a mentor and Clarity expert.
• Designed and delivered complex customizations to meet complex business requirements.
• Highly experienced in On-Premise Infrastructure Management/Maintenance.

Working Hours: IST, on-call 50% of non-working hours, which may include UK time on Fridays to support timesheet and financial postings. Occasional weekend support during upgrade activities.
