Fundraising Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our fundraising efforts, focusing on strategic partnerships and revenue growth.

About the Position:

• Leverage your expertise to develop a comprehensive fundraising strategy, driving clear objectives and outcomes.
• Bolster our national network of supporters, including high net worth individuals, corporations, foundations, and other key stakeholders.
• Foster a team to support program growth and on-ground expansion in India, cultivating effective fund channelization and utilization processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for enrichment and augmentation of fundraising initiatives.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in business or social sciences, with at least 10 years of experience in direct fundraising and partnership roles.
• Prior experience working with social or development sector organizations is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build and expand national networks of diverse donor support.
• Strong project management skills, interpersonal abilities, and executive presence.
• Cultural awareness and adaptability in international environments.
