Leading Accounts Payable Expert

Welcome to this Accounts Payable Team Lead position, where you will oversee daily workflows and lead a team of invoice processors.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and distribute tasks among team members ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
- Manage the team's invoice processing, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Turnaround Times (TATs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Handle exceptions, resolve escalations efficiently, and ensure all AP processes comply with internal control and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, provide issue resolution support, and escalate critical issues as needed.
- Assist in audits with necessary documentation, monitor team performance, motivate, and engage team members.
- Identify bottlenecks, suggest improvements to enhance accuracy and speed, and drive automation and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of work experience, including team leadership.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Master's in Commerce or MBA preferred).
