Automation Test Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a talented individual to fill the position of Automation Test Engineer.

About You:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required.
  • At least four years of experience as a Selenium Automation Engineer or similar role is necessary.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java and Python is expected.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and test automation frameworks like TestNG and JUnit is required.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is essential.
  • Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs is necessary.
  • Proficiency in testing APIs using Postman is expected.
  • Experience with performance testing and load testing is beneficial.
  • Certification in software testing such as ISTQB or Selenium WebDriver is desirable.
  • The ability to work independently and in a team environment is crucial.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
  • You will lead a team of software and user interface testers.
  • You will analyze and research Development Epics and User Stories for test scenarios and test procedure updates.
  • You will design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
  • You will execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects, performance issues, and areas for improvement.
  • You will work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues found during testing.
  • You will participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile/Scrum activities.
  • You will stay updated on industry trends and best practices in test automation and incorporate them into our testing processes.
