Job Title: Financial Administrator
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist with BAS, GST, and other tax-related filings.
- Process payroll and superannuation contributions.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Work closely with accountants to prepare financial reports and ensure compliance.
- Manage invoicing, receipts, and expense tracking.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 3–5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB.
- Solid understanding of BAS, GST, superannuation, and other Australian compliance requirements.
- Fluent English (written and verbal) with clear, professional, and confident communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
