About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified Guitar Teacher to join our team of educators. As a Guitar Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching children from the age group of 4 to 14 online.

Your main objective will be to ensure that students enjoy the course and reach their goals. This will involve engaging, encouraging, and motivating students to learn and grow.

You will also be responsible for evaluating student performance and making recommendations for improvement. Additionally, you may be required to conduct demo sessions with students and ensure conversions.

The ideal candidate will have formal education in Music (Guitar) and strong knowledge of music theory and sheet music. You should also have experience in teaching Guitar and relevant teaching experience (1+ years).

Please note that experience in the usage of technology in education would be a plus.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good English Communication Skills
  • Must have experience in online teaching
  • Must have a properly functioning Laptop/Desktop
  • Must have access to strong internet services and reliable power backup sources
  • Comfortable in teaching children
  • Should be available for teaching 6 days a week
  • Engages students in learning
  • Passion for making learning fun
  • Should be comfortable with Music sheet/Sight reading
  • Must be proficient with Music Theory

Others:

Please note that the salary structure is as follows: For morning shifts (3 AM - 7 AM), the payment will be Rs. 200 per session + Rs. 100 per demo for the first 25 sessions, increasing incrementally. For evening shifts (8 PM - 12 AM), the payment will be Rs. 125 per session + Rs. 75 per demo for the first 25 sessions, increasing incrementally.

You will also be eligible for a minimum pay guarantee of INR 6000 for Month 1, INR 12000 for Month 2, and INR 18000 for Months 3 and onwards.
