Market Access Strategist

We are seeking an accomplished Market Access Strategist to lead market access initiatives, ensuring optimal pricing, reimbursement, and patient access for pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute market access plans to ensure optimal pricing, reimbursement, and patient access for pharmaceutical products.
  • Analyze market trends and payer requirements to identify opportunities for product access.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to generate evidence supporting product value.
  • Negotiate reimbursement strategies, pricing, and access conditions with payers, government bodies, and healthcare authorities.
  • Prepare and submit reimbursement dossiers, value dossiers, pricing applications, and HTA submissions.
  • Monitor policy developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to proactively adapt access strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Health Economics, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Market Access, HEOR, Pricing & Reimbursement, or related function within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, pricing & reimbursement pathways, HTA processes, and payer dynamics.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing market access strategies, preparing reimbursement dossiers, and engaging with payers.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
