Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive network solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their network requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Analyze complex network data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement high-level network architectures that optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Present solution concepts to clients and provide ongoing technical support.
  • Work closely with product management, pre-sale, feature architects, and developers to ensure seamless integration of network solutions.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a telecom operator or large vendor environment.
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including SNMP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, QoS, Syslog, and VPNs.
  • Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
  • Capacity to handle urgent customer issues in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience in delivery positions.
  • Cisco educational degree as CCIP, CCNA.
  • Experience in configuring MRTG, RRD Tools, or CACTI freeware tools.
  • Degree in Computer Science and/or experience with Java scripts, VB, Shell, Perl.
  • Expertise in multiple telecom domains, such as Mobile, WDM, OTN, FTTx.
