AI Researcher Job

As a skilled AI researcher, you will be working on cutting-edge projects in the field of artificial intelligence. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy solving complex problems and contributing to advancements in AI.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing and optimizing AI models with clean, efficient code.
  • Evaluating performance through benchmarking and response ranking.
  • Fine-tuning models using high-quality datasets (SFT, RLHF).
  • Ensuring quality via code reviews, testing, and documentation.
  • Innovating with new evaluation strategies and improved training workflows.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).
  • Knowledge of Node.js or NestJS and a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Background in modular development, scalable architectures, testing, and security best practices.
  • Solid knowledge of Docker.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
