Technical Support Specialist for Renewable Energy Systems

Hopewind is a multinational corporation with a specialization in renewable energy and electric drive products. Our organization is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist for PCS/BESS systems.

About the Role:
  • Provide on-site technical support and remote assistance for PCS/BESS systems, including debugging, maintenance, and modification services
  • Troubleshoot PCS/BESS product issues on-site and guide customers through resolving simple faults
  • Manage on-site spare parts inventory for PCS/BESS systems and track their availability
  • Maintain customer relationships and communicate effectively with on-site customers
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Hopewind's PCS/BESS systems and provide training to on-site customers
  • Ensure timely completion of work tasks and adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • English as the primary working language
  • A self-motivated mindset with the ability to plan in ambiguous situations
  • Experience in the energy storage industry, preferably in central PCS or BESS systems
  • Preferably based in Rajasthan
Working Conditions:

The selected candidate will be required to travel frequently to various locations, both domestically and internationally, to provide on-site technical support and training.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of this role include providing technical support, managing spare parts, maintaining customer relationships, and developing expertise in Hopewind's PCS/BESS systems.
