Role Overview:

The site operations manager is a key position that oversees daily cafeteria operations, ensuring efficient execution of services and maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure smooth functioning of daily operations as per established service protocols.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients, administration, and food vendors.
  • Monitor food preparation, presentation, and quality control measures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
  • Handle user complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Manage inventory logs, sales reports, and reconcile POS data with backend systems.
  • Conduct regular audits and share performance updates with the central team.
  • Supervise vendor staff attendance and discipline at the site.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for app issues, device support, and updates.
  • Support events, menu changes, and promotions on-site.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in hospitality, cafeteria, or food service operations.
  • Hotel management or hospitality degree preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with POS machines and basic technology applications.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends or shifts if required.
  • Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene principles.
