Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Transfer Pricing Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to clients, including devising global transfer pricing policies, conducting industry analysis, and preparing detailed reports.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement transfer pricing strategies for clients, including the creation of global transfer pricing policies.
  • Conduct in-depth industry analysis and research to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation, including Master Files and Country-by-Country Reports (CbCR).
  • Advise clients on transfer pricing planning and strategy, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with recent developments in transfer pricing, providing timely advice to clients.
  • Represent clients in assessments and appeals related to transfer pricing, utilizing effective negotiation and communication skills.
  • Participate in Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) and Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAPs), ensuring successful outcomes for clients.
  • Brief legal counsel on cases before tribunals and higher courts, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for thought leadership, contributing to articles, alerts, and knowledge presentations on transfer pricing.
  • Adhere to risk and quality management, account management, and practice management areas, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Participate in business development initiatives, driving growth and expansion.
  • Lead teams, addressing issues proactively, and focusing on team development, aligning with practice requirements.

Requirements:
  • Masters or equivalent degree in a relevant field, such as accounting, finance, or economics.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in transfer pricing, preferably in a Big Four firm or similar organization.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality services, including transfer pricing policy development and implementation.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, building strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Knowledge of transfer pricing laws and regulations, including BEPS and other international standards.
