Senior Transfer Pricing Specialist

As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for providing in-depth knowledge and expertise in transfer pricing, ensuring compliance with Indian law and regulations. Your primary focus will be on understanding the intricacies of transfer pricing as a concept, including the definition of associated enterprises, methods, and provisions of TP law.
Additionally, you will require a basic understanding of other direct tax concepts and allied laws. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, are essential, as is the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. A deep understanding of business English is necessary to ensure seamless interaction with clients and colleagues alike.
You will work closely with senior colleagues to provide solutions to clients' problems, taking ownership of your work and performance. This involves staying up-to-date with case laws and applying relevant judgements in assignments handled.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and experience in client relationship management. You will also need to demonstrate commercial awareness and be an effective team player.
