We are seeking a highly skilled EUC Imaging Specialist to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our IT operations team, you will be responsible for building and deploying Windows 10 SOE services, ensuring functional requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SOE build deployment strategies, working closely with the EUC services team.
  • Draft and finalize design documents for Operating System, Active Directory, GPO, and Applications.
  • Review and incorporate changes into earlier versions of SOE, including fixes, updates, and upgrades.
  • Work on in-place upgrade strategies for Win 10 based on Microsoft releases.
  • Support the development and verification of test methods for SOE.
  • Develop detailed test procedures and instrumentation for performing tests and minimizing risk.
  • Provide logical diagnostic skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, particularly Windows 10 and Windows 7.
  • Be proficient in troubleshooting SCCM client installation, software distribution, remote control, and other SCCM issues.
  • Monitor SNOW ticket queues, troubleshoot, and resolve tickets.
  • Deploy SCCM with CO management.
  • Have knowledge of Windows servicing and Windows as a service, cloud-based endpoint management workloads.
  • Create Low-Level Design Documents, Technical Documentation, and Report creation for multiple workplace services.
  • Contribute to new SOE builds, migrations, and upgrades.
  • Work closely with Technical SPOCS, Service owners, and architects to integrate with other technology solutions.
  • Maintain and enhance engagement with business, IT partners, and stakeholders for Application management activities.
  • Have knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automating daily system administration tasks.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, supporting a 24x7 corporate level business service, including Executive level end users.
  • Flexibility in managing global processes and being available on-call for emergency situations.
  • Develop and implement high-quality support services, knowledge base content, best practices, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Have efficient time management, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills.

Profile:

  • Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology, with at least 4-7 years of experience in IT, with majority in SOE/Imaging, SCCM, and troubleshooting.
  • Good communication and vendor management skills to interact with business across the globe.
  • Fluent in English, eager to work with autonomy in an international environment, and face the challenges of the new Alstom.
  • Experience in ITIL processes and framework.
  • Ability to collaborate, influence, and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Team player.
  • Ability and flexibility to adapt to change, including shifting and competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated competency in collaborative work with strong abilities in relationship management.
  • Proven ability to work in global companies and deliver solutions across multiple geographies.
