Job Role

The role of a housekeeping manager is to oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all areas of the property are clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directs and works with staff to verify cleanliness and maintenance standards in guestrooms, public spaces, and employee areas.
  • Completes regular inspections and holds team members accountable for corrective action.
  • Collaborates with other departments to ensure excellent guest service and efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent education.
  • At least two years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Alternatively, a two-year degree from an accredited college in hospitality, business administration, or a related field may be considered.
