Are you a seasoned talent acquisition leader looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to spearhead our hiring strategy and support key business functions through strategic partnering.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales hiring, strong understanding of sourcing channels and funnel conversion, and experience in tracking HR metrics and analytics.

You will lead a young, high-performing team, own the full HR lifecycle, and be the go-to partner for our sales leaders - while balancing speed with process integrity.

    • Tracking attrition and TAT
    • Translating data into actionable strategies
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Partnering with leadership and business heads
    • Managing performance discipline and retention strategies
  • Team Leadership
    • Leading and mentoring a young HR team
    • Driving motivation and performance
  • Retention & Engagement Strategies
    • Implementing initiatives to improve early retention
    • Managing engagement for large groups of people
  • HR Business Partnering
    • Full employee lifecycle for sales team
    • Designing and implementing HR policies

Requirements:

  • 6-9 years in HR with proven sales hiring experience
  • Evidence of owning hiring outcomes in a high-churn environment
  • Strong people leadership skills
  • A habit of backing decisions with data and metrics

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience reducing early attrition in sales teams
  • Ability to redesign recruitment funnels
