Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Audit Manager to join our team. As a key member of our audit group, you will play a critical role in enhancing audit quality and delivering high-quality audits that meet relevant professional standards.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT audit, strong domain knowledge, and a proven track record of leadership skills. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Review and provide feedback on engagement documentation, ensuring it meets 2LoD focus areas and related planning documentation.
  • Coach engagement teams from start to finish, providing technical guidance and support as needed.
  • Challenge teams on their planned audit approach, focusing on key areas of focus.
  • Schedule regular check-ins with engagement partners and 2LOD leaders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Demonstrate integrity, values, principles, and work ethic, leading by example in all interactions.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of relevant IT audit experience.
  • Prior experience in client-facing roles or account management.
  • Strong domain knowledge and understanding of business processes and risks in at least two industry sectors.
  • Consistent display of leadership skills and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively within teams and adapt to changing priorities.
