As we continue to grow, we are hiring multiple Audit Managers to join our dynamic team with options for professionals willing to travel Pan-India (up to 10 days/month) or be based locally in Mumbai.
Job Summary:
As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing audit engagements while managing teams and ensuring quality and compliance. You will work closely with senior partners and clients, contributing to firm-wide initiatives and the professional development of your team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage statutory and internal audits for a range of clients
Oversee planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases of engagements
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and audit best practices
Guide audit teams, review work, and provide coaching and mentoring
Engage with clients to resolve queries and deliver value-added recommendations
Prepare and review financial statements and reports with appropriate disclosures
Identify and assess risks, internal control gaps, and improvement areas
Support strategic initiatives and contribute to business development
Assist in training and capacity building of junior staff
Qualifications:
Qualified/Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant/MBA Finance/ICWA (CMA)/M.Com with 10 Years of Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in auditing and/or public accounting
Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards, tax, and regulatory requirements
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and audit tools
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Capable of managing work independently and in teams
Willingness to travel (for Pan-India roles) or work from Mumbai office (for local roles)
