  • Procure Resources and Services: Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to procure necessary resources and services as per project requirements, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Document and Report: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project charters, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes, and prepare regular progress reports for project stakeholders and senior management.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks, constraints, and dependencies early in the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies to address them, escalating critical issues to project management as needed.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster positive relationships with project stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, vendors, and external partners, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives, priorities, and expectations.
