Teach Western Vocal Music

Are you a passionate and experienced music educator looking to take your teaching career to the next level? We are seeking a highly qualified Western Vocals Teacher to join our faculty and contribute to the musical growth and development of students of all ages and skill levels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and training students in various Western vocal techniques, as well as experience with graded certification exam preparation. As a member of our faculty, you will be responsible for planning and conducting engaging vocal lessons, preparing students for graded certification exams, and providing individualized attention to help each student reach their musical potential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering tailored vocal instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
  • Preparing students for graded certification exams through targeted practice and mentorship
  • Providing constructive feedback and guidance to support student progress and improvement
  • Organizing and participating in recitals, jam sessions, and concerts to foster a sense of community and shared passion for music

Qualifications:

  • Experience in lesson planning and teaching music to students of varying skill levels
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging and interactive music instruction
  • Proficiency in Western vocals and music theory, with a focus on pedagogy and best practices
  • Previous experience with graded certification exam preparation is a significant asset
  • Bachelor's degree in Music or a related field is preferred, but not required
