Capital Raising Expert

We are seeking an exceptional Capital Raising Expert to lead the development and implementation of strategies to raise capital for real estate investment projects in India across various asset classes.

This is a challenging role that requires a strong understanding of the real estate market, financial acumen, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Capital Raising: Develop and execute plans to raise capital for real estate investment projects.
  • Investor Relations: Foster strong relationships with investors and stakeholders to secure funding.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential investors and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals to pitch investment opportunities to potential investors.
  • Networking: Establish and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry to stay informed about market trends and opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of fund raising strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure all fund raising activities comply with relevant regulations and laws.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to stakeholders on fund raising progress and performance.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the real estate industry.
  • Prior experience in real estate fund raising is essential.
  • A master's degree or equivalent in real estate, finance, business administration, or economics.
  • An outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of real estate investment principles.
  • A strong team player who can also work independently.
