Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to help our clients optimize their supply chains using advanced planning and analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business needs and challenges.
  • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement through the implementation of data-driven solutions.
  • Design, build, and configure advanced planning and analytics applications to meet specific business needs.
  • Develop and implement data models, integrations, and custom scripts within the system.
  • Ensure the accurate and efficient flow of data within the system.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (internal and client-side) to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation related to all projects.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in supply chain planning and analytics functionalities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep expertise in supply chain optimization, including master planning, demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and sales & operations planning (S&OP) configuration.
  • Advanced knowledge of scripting languages for data manipulation, workflow automation, and custom calculations.
  • Experience with integrating systems using APIs, ETL tools, and middleware.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing data models within the system.
  • Expertise in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards.
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Experience with data warehousing and data lake concepts is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and cloud-based supply chain solutions is beneficial.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
