Director/Senior Director Job Description

This senior leadership role oversees the delivery of software applications and automation.

  • Over 12 years of experience in managing teams to deliver complex projects.
  • A minimum of 5 years providing technical support for HR and Recruiting functions globally, with a staff of over 25,000 employees.
  • Preferred candidates have experience working in a public company environment.
  • At least 3 years managing teams in delivering Workday and integration HR platforms, including Workday HCM, Workday Recruiting, and integrations to payroll, benefits, background check, and other vendor providers.
  • Experience in application service delivery and user support for applications.
  • Establishing priorities and schedules for business application projects.
  • System and organizational planning to ensure business and service continuity.
  • Directing and measuring team performance in service excellence and documenting business process documentation, configuration guides, support knowledge bases, and user job aids.
  • Extensive experience in requirements gathering for multiple business functions.
  • Advising on AI and Automation for business processing automation and workflow automation, including Workday and other platforms.
  • Influencing IT and business executive management to set direction and quickly identify solutions to address business opportunities and challenges.
  • Resource/budget planning/forecasting and managing expenses to plan.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Senior-level technical expertise or architecture experience.
  • Project management practices.
  • Recruiting Automation experience.
  • Knowledge of integrated platforms, including TalkPush and Harver.
