Chief Placement Officer

- The incumbent will provide leadership to placement-related activities in designated Schools, establishing and building relationships with industries at a national and international level.
- The individual is expected to target competitive positions and profiles for students in sync with those offered by leading recruiters to students of top B-Schools and formulate Placement policy in close coordination with the Dean/Director of the Campus.
The incumbent will be responsible for strengthening summer placements, periodic projects, internships, company visits, guest lectures, industrial visits, etc. They will also be responsible for creating and promoting Placement Brochures, presentations, and visits to companies to promote students and their various programs.
Additionally, the incumbent will visit industries and build up industry interfaces for various training programs, CEO series, corporate projects, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- MBA (2 years full-time) from a leading national/international Management School
- 8-10 years of experience in industry/corporate organizations, with at least 2-3 years at Middle Management level in Marketing/HR
- Candidates with experience from education institutions/sector and service sector will be preferred
The ideal candidate should have good communication & interpersonal skills, as well as strong leadership abilities.
