We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to deliver high-quality results in leadership assessments and 360 surveys for our clients.


• Gather project requirements, set up assessments/simulations, design reporting, and deliver results.


• Collate scores from various tools to maintain a comprehensive database.


• Analyze scores to generate industry benchmarks and norms for different markets.


• Create dashboards using MS Power Apps/Tableau/PowerBI.


• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, demonstrating strong team player skills and ability to collaborate.


• Identify innovative ways to improve current execution methods and operate independently with strong domain knowledge.

- Previous experience in operations and project management is essential.

- Manage stakeholder expectations, provide status updates, resolve queries, and adhere to strict timelines.

- Multitask to ensure timely completion of activities, demonstrate problem-solving and analytical skills.
