About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Gather and organize data from multiple sources for accuracy and consistency, ensuring seamless integration with various platforms.
  • Perform in-depth analysis to uncover actionable insights and trends supporting strategic business decisions.
  • Design and develop intuitive dashboards and reports using advanced visualization tools for stakeholders.
  • Develop predictive statistical models for forecasting and decision optimization, driving informed business outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand analytics requirements and deliver impactful, data-driven insights.
  • Present findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering a culture of data-driven decision making.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent in a product-based company, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), with a focus on creating engaging and interactive visualizations.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and identify key trends, patterns, and correlations.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex insights into actionable recommendations.
