Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Backend Software Developer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will design and develop scalable backend microservices and APIs using Java (Spring Boot) and Node.js.

About the Role:

In this role, you will work closely with our product and DevOps teams to deliver impactful HR Tech solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing efficient data structures using MongoDB and PostgreSQL, deploying and optimizing applications in AWS cloud environments, and ensuring performance, security, and scalability through best coding practices and code reviews.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5 - 6 years of experience in backend development
  • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and REST API design
  • Practical experience with Node.js for backend services
  • Hands-on experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL
  • Experience in AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture, Git, CI/CD, and Docker/Kubernetes is desirable
