Position Overview

This full-time role based in the region of Pune, India will provide valuable experience and the chance to work on exciting projects within our client success team.

As a Client Success Professional you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with clients addressing their concerns and complaints creating plans to address their business needs advising them on creating profitable processes scheduling regular meetings to ensure they are satisfied acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

You will also collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and create a profitable venture.
