As a Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with top-performing content creators across various platforms to execute influencer marketing campaigns. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual who can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will excel at anticipating needs, responding swiftly to challenges, and demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and initiative in all aspects of work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contracting: Negotiate agreements with influencers/managers and ensure timely signature collection.
  • Onboarding: Coordinate brand briefs, content checklists, deliverables, usage rights, and agreed timelines with influencers.
  • Content Review: Collect and review concepts/drafts on schedule, checking against the provided brief and relaying feedback within deadline windows.
  • Scheduling: Confirm go-live dates and ensure influencers adhere to agreed posting timelines.
  • Invoicing: Process influencer invoices once posting is confirmed, verifying against agreed rates/deliverables.
  • Post Monitoring: Track live posts in real-time, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Reporting: Compile and log post insights (reach, engagement, CPM, etc.) into client-ready reports by set deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an influencer expert or campaign manager.
  • Familiarity with remote/virtual environments and web-based tools (Google Sheets, ClickUp).
