Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will manage all digital channels, boost our online presence, and attract more leads through engaging campaigns and effective strategies tailored for the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote tour packages, offers, and travel services.
  • Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) with regular posts, reels, stories, and ad campaigns.
  • Plan and run paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms to generate quality leads.
  • Optimize the company website and blog content for SEO to improve organic search rankings.
  • Create engaging digital content including graphics, videos, and promotional materials in collaboration with the design team.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, and suggest improvements.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and build targeted mailing lists.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, especially in the travel and tourism sector.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to align digital efforts with overall business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) as a Digital Marketing Executive/Specialist, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
  • Hands-on experience with social media marketing, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
  • Knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Search Console, Canva, and Mailchimp.
  • Strong creative thinking, communication, and content writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of photo/video editing tools.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and travel blogging.
  • Understanding of lead generation and conversion funnel strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
