We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer with expertise in Figma and Flutter Flow to join our dynamic team. This fully remote role is ideal for an individual who thrives when working independently and has successfully led projects from concept to completion.

About the Position
  • Design and develop user interfaces for mobile apps and desktop web applications using Figma and Flutter Flow.
  • Oversee the entire design process, from initial research and wireframing to prototyping, testing, and final delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure cohesive and seamless user experiences.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve designs based on feedback.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices, emerging trends, and innovative tools in UI/UX design.
  • Effectively communicate design ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical team members across various geographical regions.
Key Qualifications
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Figma and Flutter Flow.
  • A demonstrated portfolio showcasing completed mobile app and desktop web application projects.
  • The ability to work independently and manage the full design lifecycle of projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Immediate availability is highly desirable.
