Revenue Strategist

The key to success in this role lies in effectively managing International Clients for strategic commercial outcomes. A crucial aspect of this position is laying out a commercially successful strategy for our partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a commercially successful strategy for our partners
  • Adjust the strategy according to market trends to achieve maximum room sales and revenue for the hotel / holiday homes / hotel apartments
  • Collaborate with the Founders to finalize all departments' revenue budgets and forecasts
  • Evaluate daily revenue and market confidence, providing price and strategy adjustment suggestions to the Commercial teams.

This opportunity offers a chance to travel in India and abroad and interact with diverse sets of partners. It also involves an intense training orientation process for optimal returns on time invested. The Revenue Manager will also assist in recruiting and training new team members as the company expands.

Requirements:
  • A proven track record of leadership and clarity of thought in executing revenue decisions
  • A focused approach to handling end-to-end revenue management processes
  • The ability to learn and teach best practices of Revenue Management Systems, PMS tools and OTA extranets
