Infrastructure Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Management Expert to join our team. As a key member of our IT Operations Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, storage devices, and network systems.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services for hardware and software issues.
  • Work closely with our business teams to ensure seamless integration of new services and changes.
  • Collaborate with our global team to implement best practices and standards for IT infrastructure management.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL standards and company policies.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in a similar role or within the IT sector.
  • Strong technical skills in Active Directory, Windows Server OS, virtualization, server hardware, and storage devices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a global team and familiar with different jurisdictions.
  • ITIL certification is an asset.
