  • 5 years of experience in Duck Creek / Guidewire Policy, OnDemand implementation, solution design, configuration, extension, customization, and post live support is highly preferred.
  • A solid background in P&C Insurance implementations is also required.
  • Leadership skills with experience in scrum or agile based teams are essential.
  • Vendor management skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Excellent communication, organization, project management, negotiation, planning, budgeting, and professional and organizational development skills are a must.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
