We are seeking a seasoned expert in SAP SuccessFactors Global Benefits to design and implement impactful solutions for large-scale organizations.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of global benefits processes and compliance regulations, as well as exceptional problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities include configuring and implementing SuccessFactors Global Benefits modules, collaborating with clients to understand their global benefits needs, designing and configuring benefits programs, and providing ongoing support and troubleshooting post go-live.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to manage client relationships, deliver business-driven solutions, and work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow.

Requirements:
