Job Title: Project Coordinator
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the success of corporate interior fit-out projects. You will act as the primary point of contact between our organization and clients, ensuring seamless project execution and timely delivery.
- Implement a robust project management framework for corporate interior fit-out projects.
- Manage project finances, monitor changes and variations, and ensure projects are completed within schedule while meeting client needs and business objectives.
- Cultivate effective teamwork among project stakeholders, ensuring project managers work collaboratively with client subject matter experts and keep them informed on project status.
- Lead the performance of design and project management/site delivery teams in delegated responsibilities.
- Negotiate and coordinate with vendors and business partners throughout project completion.
- Establish formal reporting arrangements on project progress for clients and our organization.

Requirements:
- Solid organizational skills, process-driven approach, quick problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in building construction industry as a project coordination professional is necessary.
- Relevant experience in managing multiple corporate/workplace interior fit-out projects is essential.
- A degree in Architecture/Civil or Mechanical Engineering/Construction Management or related discipline is required.
- Familiarity with individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs is necessary.
- Excellent team leadership and client-facing experience is required.
- Tech-savviness and experience in adopting digital and technology initiatives is necessary.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment without compromising quality and customer satisfaction is required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is necessary.
