The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching and identifying relevant online platforms, creating valuable content, participating in discussions, and building relationships within targeted communities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research to identify the most suitable online platforms for our target clients.
  • Create high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand values.
  • Engage with online communities by participating in discussions, sharing expertise, and building relationships with potential clients.
  • Analyze online trends, competitor activity, and engagement opportunities to inform our community growth strategies.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies that adhere to online platform rules and guidelines.
  • Track and report leads generated through online activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience in online marketing, community management, or lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of online culture, etiquette, and anti-spam rules.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone per platform.
  • Experience in client hunting, B2B/B2C lead generation, or social selling.
  • Familiarity with tools for online monitoring, scheduling, and analytics is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven individual who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a growth, business development, or community manager role.
  • Knowledge of content marketing & outreach automation.
  • Ability to craft engaging posts that spark meaningful discussions and foster brand visibility.

  • Engagement rate on posts and comments.
  • Growth of brand visibility within targeted communities.
