Job Title: Subject Manager

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Subject Manager to join our team. As a Subject Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of subject matter expertise for various assessments.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Quality Questions Bank: Develop high-quality questions for assessments by structuring and designing question banks, setting quality standards, and tracking inventory levels.
  • Content Creation: Create multiple-choice questions (MCQs) in General Knowledge and Current Affairs domains.
  • Question Bank Management: Manage large numbers of subject experts, working closely with other subject administrators to meet project requirements.
  • SME Management: Define selection criteria and strategies, monitor SME performance quality, train and develop SME pools, and coordinate extensively with SMEs for test development activities.
  • Test Designing: Create test designs in subjects of expertise and coordinate with SMEs to finalize test designs in other domains.
  • Coordinate with Stakeholders: Work with internal stakeholders to fulfill requirements for test items and question sets.
  • Post-Exam Analysis: Analyze questions post-exam, report to higher management, and support lead subject administrators in delivering projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Subject Competency: Have subject competency in school subjects up to 12th level as per NCERT syllabus.
  • Education System Understanding: Have a broader understanding of the country's education system and NCERT/CBSE/Boards.
  • Experience: Have experience working in the education sector related to assessment and evaluation, including test designs/blueprints and question development.
  • Language Skills: Have good command over English (written and spoken) and Hindi (spoken).
