Pricing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a skilled Pricing Analyst to maintain accurate pricing data, monitor execution, and implement price adjustments.
  • The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with sales and account management teams and be proficient in Power BI and Excel.
  • This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and collaboration abilities to meet business targets.
  • Additional responsibilities include creating reports, analyzing market data, and providing direct assistance to customers.

External Qualifications and Competencies

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Marketing, Strategy, Accounting, or a related field is required.
  • Minimal 2 years of relevant work experience in the Industrial Equipment/Machinery industry is necessary.

  • Pricing Strategy: Develops prices by aligning and building consensus with key stakeholders across functions to achieve business targets.
  • Translating Relevant Market Data: Collects and categorizes customer voices and market information by leveraging appropriate research tools and techniques; analyzes research findings to identify opportunities to deliver customer solutions.
  • Values differences: Recognizes the value that different perspectives and cultures bring to an organization.

Experience:

Proficient in Power BI and Excel. Experience working with cross-functional teams and communicating with global stakeholders.
