Healthcare Operations Manager

A dynamic and experienced healthcare operations manager is sought to oversee the day-to-day activities of a healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, have a strong analytical mindset, and be well-versed in managing finances, supervising staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically improve operational efficiency and quality of direct healthcare services
  • Stay abreast of changes and new laws and regulations affecting the healthcare industry
  • Serve as a supervisor to assistant healthcare administrators
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
  • Create work schedules that align with organizational goals and objectives
  • Represent the organization at high-level meetings, fostering relationships with stakeholders and investors
  • Maintain accurate records of facility services and patient information
  • Facilitate effective communication among medical staff, department heads, and other key personnel

Required Skills and Qualifications:
