Field Operations Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Field Operations Engineer to join our organization in India. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with 0-1 years of experience looking to develop their engineering skills in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather data and ensure project feasibility, identifying potential obstacles and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment and systems on-site, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to develop project plans and timelines, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during field operations, maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to industry best practices.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation of field activities and findings, providing valuable insights and recommendations for future projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field), demonstrating a strong foundation in engineering principles and practices.
  • Basic understanding of CAD software and engineering design tools, enabling effective collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, allowing for prompt identification and resolution of technical issues.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively, fostering open collaboration and mutual respect among colleagues.
